David Bowie Is, Arrives at the Brooklyn Museum

April 05, 2018

David Bowie and NYC go hand-in-hand. Experience the riveting retrospective at the Brooklyn Museum this spring, on view until July 15th. Bowie spent the better part of his rock-n-roll days in NYC and the exhibition seamlessly communicates a vision of his revolutionary life, career, and unparalleled creativity. Spend the afternoon enjoying 85 handwritten lyrics sheets, 60 iconic costumes, a collection of sketches and paintings, as well as a journey through his music videos, films, TV appearances and audio recordings of his career. It’s amazing to see the expansive breadth of his work displayed over 400 objects, with 100 that are exclusive to the New York installation. Be one of the lucky visitors to enjoy this historic exhibition before the tour ends. We suggest reserving in advance, click here for tickets.
